ORDERS & PRODUCTION

When will my order ship?
Every piece is made by hand in Madrid by a very small team: one or two people sew each order. Production time depends on the piece and is stated on every product page. Clothing usually takes 3–4 weeks and boots 5–6 weeks. Pieces marked as ready to ship leave sooner. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, at no cost, before production starts. Use our withdrawal form or write to contact@eaftimos.com.

SHIPPING & DUTIES

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over €200 / $240 / £175. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Are import duties included?
No. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price. They are paid by the customer on arrival, according to the regulations of your country.

SIZING & EXCHANGES

How do I find my size?
Every product page has its own size chart. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us before ordering.

Can I exchange my size?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. You cover the shipping of the piece back to Madrid; we cover the shipping of the new size to you.

How do I send it back?
Write to contact@eaftimos.com first with your order number and the size you need. Ship the parcel declared as a return (“Returned goods – return for exchange”), so it is not charged import duties when it arrives in Spain.

Are there exceptions?
The Peasant Wrap Belt and the Peasant Short Boots are made to your own measurements, so they cannot be exchanged. If any piece arrives damaged, we take care of the repair.

How do I order the belt?
Add your waist measurement in the Special instructions field in the cart before you check out.

How do I order the boots?
Within 24 hours of your order, we email you our size guide and ask for your measurements.
