1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by Erik Bruña García (Erik Bruccia), trading as EAFTIMOS, Madrid, Spain. Full details are in our Legal notice. Contact: contact@eaftimos.com. The store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform and checkout.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Our pieces are handmade, mostly to order, by a very small team in Madrid. Small variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the handmade process and are not defects. We show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on your screen.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable materials; in that case we refund you in full.

4. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Production times are approximate and stated on each product page. Delivery times start once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or other causes beyond our control. See our Shipping policy.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the customer on arrival, according to the regulations of each country. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

6. CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Cancellations, size exchanges and returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. To cancel an order, use our online withdrawal form.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including designs, images, texts and logos, belongs to EAFTIMOS or its licensors. It may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

9. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
