Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every EAFTIMOS piece is made by hand, to order, by a very small team in Madrid. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we work with size exchanges rather than returns.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order at no cost before production starts, using our online withdrawal form or by writing to contact@eaftimos.com.

SIZE EXCHANGES

You can exchange the size of a garment within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Write to contact@eaftimos.com with your order number and the size you need. We will reply with the return address.
  2. Send the piece back unworn and in its original packaging. The shipping cost to Madrid is covered by you.
  3. Declare the parcel as a return (“Returned goods – return for exchange”), so it is not charged import duties when it arrives in Spain.
  4. Once we receive it, we ship the new size to you. This shipping is covered by us.

PIECES MADE TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS

The Peasant Wrap Belt and the Peasant Short Boots are made to your own measurements, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. If they arrive damaged, we take care of the repair.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PIECES

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, write to contact@eaftimos.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and a short description. We will repair it at our cost. If you prefer not to keep it, you can return it for a refund.

RETURNS

Apart from damaged or defective pieces, made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a refund once production has started.

YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law. Where local law provides non-waivable consumer rights, those rights prevail.
