Refund policy

At EAFTIMOS, every garment is individually handcrafted and produced exclusively upon receipt of a customer's order. We do not maintain inventory or pre-manufactured stock for these products. Production begins specifically for the customer once the order has been confirmed.

Because each item is made according to the customer's request and manufactured specifically for that individual order, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply in the same way as it does to mass-produced or stocked goods. In jurisdictions where applicable law permits, made-to-order and personalized products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once production has commenced.

For this reason, orders may only be cancelled before the manufacturing process has started. Once production has begun, we may be unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise not in conformity with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law. Where local legislation provides non-waivable consumer rights, those rights shall prevail over the provisions of this policy.

If you believe your item is defective or if you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within a reasonable period after delivery, providing photographs and a description of the issue so that we can assess and resolve the matter.
