Production and order preparation
Most of our products are handmade and artisanal, so they are not shipped immediately.
Orders are prepared once the product has been completely finished.
Production time can be up to 4 weeks, depending on the item and the volume of orders.
This timeframe is approximate and reflects the manual and careful nature of our work process.
By making a purchase, the customer accepts these production times.
Confirmation of completion and shipping
Once the product is finished and ready for shipping:
The customer will receive an email notification informing them that the item has been completed.
The order will then be shipped and the corresponding tracking information will be provided.
Delivery times
Delivery times begin once the order has been shipped and do not include production time.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the selected courier company.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process, before the order is finalized, and depend on the destination and the type of shipping selected.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays resulting from:
Handcrafted processes
High demand
Launch periods or drops
Transport incidents beyond our control
Shipping address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
We work from an artisanal and conscious approach, prioritizing quality and the time needed for each piece over mass production.
